Marking a delivery complete after handing a diner their food is important to prevent delays in your payout for that delivery. It can also help to avoid a delay in your next delivery opportunity being offered.

As a reminder, in order to mark a delivery complete after you hand a diner their food:

1. Tap “Complete Delivery” at the bottom of your app’s screen.
2. Hold down the “Hold to Confirm Delivery” button until the app advances to the earnings screen.
3. That’s it!

We have to pay this bonus manually, so here is how it will work:

• Accept and complete a delivery offer from Souvla - SOMA or Souvla - Hayes at any time of the day, any day of the week.
• We will pay you a $5 bonus for each completed delivery offer from Souvla - SOMA and Souvla - Hayes, which will be manually applied to your payout on the following day.
• For all delivery offers from Souvla - SOMA and Souvla - Hayes completed on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, we will manually apply your bonuses on Monday.
