DoorDash and Caviar have joined with a coalition of over 75,000 drivers, small businesses, public safety and community organizations in supporting Proposition 22 which will appear on the upcoming November ballot.
Prop 22 will protect your ability to work as an independent contractor with control over where, when, how long and with what app-based platforms you work. It will also provide historic new benefits and protections like funding for health care, an earning guarantee, and insurance for on-the-job injuries. Prop 22 will also preserve access to affordable and convenient app-based services for your customers.
