It looks like you have not yet opted in to have a Dasher account created for you. If you do not plan to opt in or have questions about how to opt in, we want to hear more from you. Please take a minute to share your feedback at the button below.
If you are interested in continuing to be offered delivery opportunities, you must be activated on the DoorDash platform. Please note: if you already have a Dasher account, you can simply stop using your Caviar account on 8/24/2020 and start using the Dasher app exclusively.
If you do not already have an active Dasher account, we have built a simple process to create a Dasher account for you based on your Caviar account. If you want an account to be created for you please:
- Verify that all of the information is correct on the Courier Dashboard.
- Opt in by clicking thislink.
- We will confirm that your opt-in was successful with a confirmation message on the website.
If you have previously signed up to work with DoorDash, but have not yet been activated you can use this opt-in process to transfer your Caviar information over and get activated.
If you opt in to have a Dasher account created for you we will:
- Transfer all of your current personal information to a new Dasher account for you
- Transfer your current bank account for payouts to the new Dasher account
- When your bank account information is transferred we will send you an email titled “Dasher Bank Account Information Changed”. The email will alert you that your bank account information has been changed by someone other than yourself. No action will be needed from you at that time. This means we successfully transferred your bank account information on your behalf.
- Notify you via email when you can access the account through the Dasher app (account activation emails will be sent starting in mid-August)
- You can continue to receive Caviar delivery opportunities through the Courier app after you opt in and through the Dasher app after your Dasher account is activated.
If you receive payouts to the Cash App we will reach out to you after your Dasher account is activated to share more information on the transfer of your bank account.
The opt-in period will end on 8/2/2020. If you do not opt in before that date, and want to continue to be offered delivery opportunities, you will have to sign up for DoorDash as a new Dasher. Signing up as a new Dasher outside of the opt-in process may significantly delay your activation.
