Delivery Offer Expirations

Hello {% assign name = {{${first_name}}} | split: ' ' %} {{name[0] | default: "there"}},

Our system shows us that you are a courier with a high delivery offer expiration rate. An offer is considered “expired” when the courier it has been offered to allows the 2 minute offer timeframe to pass without accepting or rejecting it.

Did you know that you can reject an offer immediately when you don’t want to complete it?

When a courier quickly rejects an offer in the app, it allows us to try to find another courier to take it more rapidly: this helps to prevent the delivery from being late to the customer. Rejecting an offer as soon as possible also means that we can send your next offer more quickly.

The below gif shows how you reject a delivery offer in the app that you do not want to complete.

It is important for you to know that there is absolutely no penalty to you for rejecting a delivery offer from Caviar.

Thank you for choosing Caviar and happy delivering.
