*To receive the referral bonus payout, the referred must sign up to deliver with Caviar in the Washington DC service region between 4/4/2020 - 5/1/2020 and complete 80 deliveries in the Washington DC service region. The 28-day period to complete 80 deliveries starts at the referred account's activation date. To be eligible for the referral bonus, the referred must to sign up using a referrer's referral code at the time of application and become activated by 5/30/2020.
