*To receive the referral bonus payout, the referred must sign up to deliver with Caviar in the Seattle Eastside service region between 4/4/2020 - 5/1/2020 and complete 60 deliveries in the Seattle Eastside service region. The 28-day period to complete 60 deliveries starts at the referred account's activation date. To be eligible for the referral bonus, the referred must to sign up using a referrer's referral code at the time of application and become activated by 5/30/2020.
