*To receive the automated referral bonus payout, the referred must sign up to deliver with Caviar in SF: East Bay between 3/11/2020 - 4/13/2020 and complete 100 deliveries in the SF: East Bay service region. The 28-day period to complete 100 deliveries starts at the account activation date. To be eligible for the automated referral bonus, the referred must sign up using the referrer's referral code at the time of application and become activated by 5/13/2020. To be eligible to receive the bonus, referrers must have completed at least one delivery with Caviar within 28 days of the referral application date. There is no maximum for the number of people you can refer. The maximum bonus payout a referrer can earn is for 4 completed referees, or $1200. Caviar reserves the right to exclude access to the referral bonus if a referring and/or referred courier has tampered with the referral or used or attempted to use the referral in a fraudulent, abusive, unethical, unsportsmanlike or otherwise suspicious manner or in violation of these guidelines or any applicable law or regulation.
