What is Caviar for Companies?
Caviar for Companies is the full-service catering arm of Caviar. Catering Captains are on the front line of the operation, running white-glove and drop-off catering services with Caviar’s corporate clients. Caviar for Companies is great for anyone looking for flexible, entry level, part-time opportunities in the food services industry, earning $21/hr in San Francisco or $17/hr in San Jose.
Responsibilities:
- Serve pre-scheduled healthy breakfasts, lunches, and dinners from top restaurants to local companies in SF.
- Work with a team of Catering Captains to beautifully present meals that wow Caviar’s clients.
- Provide client feedback using Caviar’s proprietary app.
- Maintain professionalism while interacting with clients and restaurant partners.
The Perks:

- Competitive wages! $21/hour (San Francisco) or $17/hr (San Jose) and flexible schedule + $500 sign on bonus*
- W2 Employment with Benefits, Mileage reimbursement.
Requirements:
- 18+ years old
- Eligible to work in the US
- Access to a car and smartphone
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. with or without assistance
Can I be a Captain if I’m a courier?
Unfortunately, couriers delivering on the Caviar platform are not eligible to become a Catering Captain. If you become a Catering Captain, your courier account will be deactivated for your tenure as a Captain.

*To receive the sign on bonus payout, the Captain must apply to cater with Caviar for Companies in San Francisco or San Jose by 3/5/2020 and complete 30 work days within 90 days of their training completion date. To be eligible for the bonus, the candidate must be in good standing with Caviar for Companies, defined as being in the Green performance zone.
