How do I refer a friend to deliver with Caviar for Companies?
Tell your friend to sign up at this link and select San Francisco or Peninsula. Have them include your name and phone number under personal referral.
When will I be paid?
Each Monday we’ll look at how many of your referrals have applied, became activated, and completed catering jobs. If one of your referrals completes 30 work days within 90 days of their training complete date, then the Caviar team will add a $500 bonus to your next delivery!
Can I be a Captain with Caviar for Companies if I’m a courier?
Unfortunately, couriers delivering on the Caviar platform are not eligible to become a Catering Captain.

*Your participation in this program is completely voluntary. The deadline for submitting a referral is 12/16/2019. If more than one person submits the same referral, the first person to submit the referral will receive the bonus. Referred candidates must be someone who is not currently signed up to be a Catering Captain in any market. To receive the referral bonus payout, the referred Captain must apply to cater with Caviar for Companies in San Francisco between 12/9/19 - 12/16/19 and complete 30 work days in the San Francisco service region within 90 days of their training completion date. To be eligible for the referral bonus, the referred candidate must be in good standing with Caviar for Companies, defined as being in the Green performance zone. The referred candidate must also list the referrer's name in their application form and complete their workdays in the region they applied.
