We are writing today to let you know that we are freezing our Courier + orientation process. That means that no new couriers will be working on large deliveries with Caviar in the near future. Basically- if you’re in, you’re in.
We expect that freezing orientation for new Courier + couriers will increase the number of large deliveries you can be offered.
Fall is one of our busiest times of the year which means it’s all hands on deck to keep the freeze policy in place. When the number of active Courier + couriers can no longer keep up with order demand for large orders, we’ll start the orientation process again.
If you are a courier who is interested in being offered as many large deliveries as possible, you can go online in a hot zone during the peak times for large delivery opportunities: 10-AM-12PM and 5PM-7PM.
