We updated our terms below to reflect DoorDash’s pending acquisition of Caviar.
For each of these terms, we’ve removed references to Square and replaced them with references to DoorDash. This is the only material change to these agreements. These changes are contingent on DoorDash completing its acquisition of Caviar.
We are extremely excited about the opportunity to join DoorDash and hope you are as well! This transaction will not impact your current relationship with Caviar for the immediate future.
We encourage you to review these updated policies in full, which will apply to you if you continue to deliver with Caviar on or after November 1, 2019.
