west~bourne, at 137 Sullivan St, has asked us to share with couriers that they do not permit couriers to lock bikes to their stairwell (pictured above) or use the AC unit in the first floor of the building next door as a shelf. Bikes locked to the stairwell to the left of the door block that stairwell and prevent people from leaving the basement.
