What’s changing?
On February 11th, 2019 we launched a temporary test of a new parking ticket policy. Effective today, we are ending this test and using our existing parking ticket policy for all couriers.
Please carefully review the Caviar Courier Parking Ticket Policy to read the updated details of how and when you can submit a parking ticket for assistance. The major updates are listed below:
- We may assist with an additional parking ticket if you’ve delivered 100 orders since we last assisted with a parking ticket.
- We have standardized violation types across markets. Please take a closer look to ensure the violation is covered before submitting a parking ticket.
- An order number associated with the parking ticket will be required for assistance.
It is important to us that couriers be able to successfully complete orders in hard-to-park areas of our operating zones. Our goal is to continue to provide assistance with select parking tickets when all qualifying criteria has been met.
