Caviar is paying a $5 bonus for every delivery that you complete from Souvla - SOMA and Souvla - Hayes.
We have to pay this bonus manually, so here is how it will work:
- Accept and complete a delivery offer from Souvla - SOMA or Souvla - Hayes at any time of the day, any day of the week.
- We will pay you a $5 bonus for each completed delivery offer from Souvla - SOMA and Souvla - Hayes starting Thursday, 1/30/2020, which will be manually applied to your payout on the following day.
- For all delivery offers from Souvla - SOMA and Souvla - Hayes completed on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, we will manually apply your bonuses on Monday.
This bonus will only be available for a limited time. We will let you know when we are ending the bonus.
Special Delivery Promotion!
From time to time we will run special delivery promotions to our diners to encourage them to place more orders using Caviar. Get ready for the possibility of more delivery opportunities from the following restaurant:
- Starting Tuesday, 1/21, until Friday, 1/24, we are offering a promo with all Tender Greens locations that we partner with!
That means diners will pay less on every one of their orders for the next 3 days!
The last time we ran a similar delivery promo to our diners we experienced a large increase in order demand from the restaurants in the promotion.
If you are a courier who is interested in being offered as many delivery opportunities as possible, you can go online in a delivery hot zone during the busy times of lunch (10-2) and dinner (5-9).
Market Street Closure!
Starting on Wednesday, 1/29/2020, Market Street will be closed to all traffic in both directions between Van Ness and Steuart. This can be helpful information to consider when planning delivery routes in the area.

Last Call For Pro Tip Videos!!
Nobody knows how to be a courier better than a courier. So we’re giving you a chance to show everyone how it’s done.
Submit a video telling what tips you have to new couriers who are about to complete their first delivery by the end of the day on Wednesday, 1/22/2020.
Click the button below to submit your video.
The best video will be featured to the national courier audience and immortalized on our FAQ page. The video’s creator will win a smart watch of their choice (Apple or Samsung).
Just in case sharing your wisdom for the betterment of courierkind is not enough motivation… every courier who submits a video will also be entered into a raffle to win $100.
The best video will be selected based on a few criteria:
- How well did you share your knowledge with other couriers?
- How much did you make us laugh?
- How creatively did you rep your city?
Video Guidelines
Here are some guidelines. All of them must be followed in order for your video to be considered. In other words, if you don’t follow one of these guidelines, your video will be rejected.
- Time limit: please keep your video under 60 seconds.
- Equipment: anything goes! Just keep it no budget (we recommend using your smartphone camera.)
- Video formats accepted: .mov and .mp4.
- Try your best to have good sound. Record in a quiet environment – or if you’re on the road then talk extra loud and clear. Speaking of being on the road: we will not accept any video submissions of couriers who are actively walking, biking, scooting, or driving – for your own safety, and the safety of others.
- Be funny. Show us your personality. Show us your city!
- Don’t do anything you wouldn’t want your grandma to see. You can be funny and also still represent yourself respectfully on camera.
You may submit as many videos as you want, but each courier will only receive one entry to the raffle. So even if you submit 100 videos, you still get one raffle entry.
