Special Delivery Promotion!

From time to time we will run special delivery promotions to our diners to encourage them to place more orders using Caviar.

Get ready for the possibility of more delivery opportunities coming from Tony’s Pizza Napoletana at 1570 Stockton St. on Tuesday, 7/14/2020.

The promo we are offering to diners will decrease the fees they pay on every order!

The last time we ran a similar delivery promo to our diners we experienced a large increase in order demand from the restaurant in the promotion.

The staff at Tony’s would like us to inform you that they do not give orders to couriers who do not enter the restaurant with the correct thermal pizza bag. You can read their special pick up instructions on the courier app at the time of pick up.

Souvla $5 Per Order Bonus!

Caviar is paying a $5 bonus for every delivery that you complete from Souvla - SOMA at 532 Jessie Street. The location at Hayes is currently closed for renovations- we may continue paying bonuses on their deliveries when they re-open. For now the bonus on Souvla - SOMA deliveries is alive and well.

We have to pay this bonus manually, so here is how it will work:

1. Accept and complete a delivery offer from Souvla - SOMA at any time of the day, any day of the week.
2. We will pay you a $5 bonus for each completed delivery offer from Souvla - SOMA, which will be manually applied to your payout on the following day.
3. For all delivery offers from Souvla - SOMA completed on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, we will manually apply your $5 bonuses on Monday.
4. This bonus will only be available for a limited time. We will let you know when we are ending the bonus.

You can cash in on Souvla’s wild popularity and this limited-time $5 per order bonus on all of their orders by going online in a delivery hot zone near Souvla - SOMA at 532 Jessie Street during the busy times of lunch (10-2) and dinner (5-9).

These bonuses are in addition to other currently running incentives. You can check your app for more information on Milestones and Peak Pay.

Your Name In Lights!!

Nobody knows how to be a courier better than a courier. So we’re giving you a chance to show everyone how it’s done.

Submit a video telling what tips you have to new couriers who are about to complete their first delivery.

The best video will be featured to the national courier audience and immortalized on our FAQ page. The video’s creator will win a smart watch of their choice (Apple or Samsung).

Just in case sharing your wisdom for the betterment of courierkind is not enough motivation… every courier who submits a video will also be entered into a raffle to win $100.

The best video will be selected based on a few criteria:

1. How well did you share your knowledge with other couriers?
2. How much did you make us laugh?
3. How creatively did you rep your city?

We’ve included submission guidelines below. Click the button below to submit your video.

Video Guidelines

Here are some guidelines. All of them must be followed in order for your video to be considered. In other words, if you don’t follow one of these guidelines, your video will be rejected.

• Time limit: please keep your video under 60 seconds.
• Equipment: anything goes! Just keep it no budget (we recommend using your smartphone camera.)
• Video formats accepted: .mov and .mp4.
• Try your best to have good sound. Record in a quiet environment – or if you’re on the road then talk extra loud and clear. Speaking of being on the road: we will not accept any video submissions of couriers who are actively walking, biking, scooting, or driving – for your own safety, and the safety of others.
• Be funny. Show us your personality. Show us your city!
• Don’t do anything you wouldn’t want your grandma to see. You can be funny and also still represent yourself respectfully on camera.

You may submit as many videos as you want, but each courier will only receive one entry to the raffle. So even if you submit 100 videos, you still get one raffle entry.
