Thermal Bags or: How Hot Food Escapes the Grasp of Winter’s Cold Hands

Wintertime cold is the worst enemy of hot food delivery, but a thermally insulated delivery bag can save the day.

Thermally insulated bags are specifically designed to keep food at its correct temperature while in transit from restaurant to diner. Couriers can use thermal bags to keep their orders hot by bringing their thermal bags with them into the restaurant when picking up, and keeping the food in the bag until they hand the order off to the diner at their door.

Restaurants that partner with Caviar can refuse to give an order to a courier who does not have the appropriate equipment.
