New Restaurant Launch!

We are constantly on the move, working to bring popular, craveworthy restaurants onto the Caviar platform to give diners a delicious variety of ordering options and create more orders for couriers.

When we “officially” launch a restaurant we let our diners know via email, and offer a special delivery promotion to increase order volume from the restaurant we are featuring. This week, we will be running promotions with the following restaurants:

• Blue Agave at 7215-B 3rd Ave.
• Norm’s Pizza at 345 Adams St.

If you are a courier who is interested in being assigned as many orders as possible, you can go online in one of our hot zones during the busy times of lunch (10-2) and dinner (5-9).

Special Delivery Promotion!

From time to time we like to run special delivery promotions to our diners to encourage them to place more orders using Caviar.

Starting on Thursday, 11/14, we are offering a promo from one of our super popular partners, by Chloe. at 171 North 3rd Street! Are you ready?!

The last time we ran a similar delivery promo to our diners we experienced a large increase in order demand from the participating restaurant.

Occupational Accident Insurance Policy

Did you know that whenever you’re in the course of making a delivery with Caviar, you’re be covered by Occupational Accident Insurance offered by our insurance partner OneBeacon? This type of insurance helps protect you from worst-case scenarios like injuries from covered accidents that may occur while you’re on a delivery.

We hope you never have to deal with an injury, but in the very unlikely event it happens while you’re delivering a Caviar order, we want you to know that there’s a policy to help support you.

Here’s what you should know about Caviar’s Occupational Accident Insurance:

• All Couriers activated on the Caviar platform are automatically covered on every delivery.

• The plan pays up to $1,000,000 to cover medical expenses that occur from a covered accident while you’re delivering with Caviar.

• In the event of a covered injury, you  may be eligible for disability benefits up to $500 per week.

• While we hope nothing like this ever happens, in the event of an accidental death, this insurance includes a $100,000 death benefit and up to a $100,000 survivor’s benefit for your eligible dependents.
