Halloween Hullabaloo!
Every October on the night of Halloween, children dress up in costumes to masquerade through the streets demanding sweets from strangers. Once the candy rush is over, with their eyes twitching wildly under sugar’s influence, those children go home with their parents who then seek out a treat of their own. That is where Caviar comes in!
We expect the dinner shift on Halloween (10/31) to be busy with orders, and we’ve added an extra bonus to celebrate!
We’ll bonus you $5 for 2 completed orders assigned in Portland between 5pm - 10pm on Thursday, Oct. 31.
What else?! We’ve got a terrifyingly terrific badge to go along with that milestone!
How do you earn it? Simply complete 1 order assignment on Halloween, 10/31/19, between 5pm and 10pm and this little pretty is all yours!

New Restaurant Launch!
We are constantly on the move, working to bring popular, craveworthy restaurants onto the Caviar platform to give diners a delicious variety of ordering options and create more orders for couriers.
When we “officially” launch a restaurant we let our diners know via email, and offer a special delivery promotion to increase order volume from the restaurant we are featuring. This week, we will be running promotions with the following restaurant:
- Kure Juice Bar at 3 of their locations: 77 SE Yamhill Street, 408 SW 12th Ave, and 830 NW 13th Ave.
If you are a courier who is interested in being assigned as many orders as possible (perhaps even from Kure Juice Bar), you can go online in one of our hot zones during the busy times of lunch (10-2) and dinner (5-9).
Save The Sea Turtles Save The World
Restaurants who partner with Caviar in Portland would like us to ask you to only take utensils, straws, condiments, or stirrers when making pickups if the diner has specifically requested it on the order.
As of October 1, 2019, businesses in Portland cannot automatically include plastic straws, stirrers, utensils or individually packaged condiments in a customer’s order for dine-in, drive-through, take-out or delivery. The new city ordinance means that these items can only be provided upon customer request.
