Restaurant Pick Up Notes

From time to time, restaurants that partner with Caviar ask us to share special instructions to help ease the pick up process for couriers. This week, we’d like to highlight requests from two of our restaurant partners in South Jersey.

Han Dynasty at 404 NJ-70 in Cherry Hill requests that couriers not come into the restaurant to pick up the order until they have sent the “Order Ready” notification. Order accuracy is important to them. They ask that couriers picking up from their location check the items with a staff member before going out for delivery.

The Farm and Fisherman Tavern at 1442 Marlton Pike East in Cherry Hill requests that couriers wait to receive the “Order Ready” notification before coming in to pick up an order. They have a special entrance at their kitchen for pick up in the rear of the building where they ask couriers to go to get the order: at door 1438. Similar to many restaurants, order accuracy is important to them. They ask that couriers picking up from their location check the items with a staff member before going out for delivery.
