Hot Zones & Busy Times

Summer is here, and we tend to see a bit of a slowdown in order volume on those nice, sunshiny days. Like a refreshing spritz from one of those fans that also sprays mist on a hot and humid day, let’s have a quick and cool reminder of how couriers can take advantage of their time online during these Summer doldrums.

The times of the day when Caviar experiences its highest order demand is lunch and dinner. Going online from 10AM-2PM and 5PM-9PM can help you to be assigned as many orders as possible.

Wondering where to go online to be assigned those orders during our busy lunch and dinner shifts? You can view the current hot zones in Boston by clicking the map icon on the bottom right hand corner of your Courier app’s screen.

Couriers who want to maximize their time online can improve their chances of being assigned as many orders as possible by going online in one of our hot zones during the peaks of lunch (10-2) and dinner (5-9).
