Average Pay Per Order Guarantee: A Reminder
We’ve seen an increase in support inquiries with couriers asking about the guarantee bonuses they occasionally receive. Now seems like a good time to review our pay per order guarantee policy for Chicago.
Caviar guarantees that you will make at least $10.00 per order averaged across the orders you complete each week from Monday to Sunday. This amount includes base pay, tips, Peak Pay, Milestones, and adjustments. We may change or end these guarantees at any time.
As an example, if you deliver 18 orders during the week and your total earnings, including base pay, tips, Peak Pay, Milestones, and adjustments, do not equal at least $180, we will apply a bonus so that your earnings total $180. Couriers whose earnings already equal $10.00 or more per order, as averaged across the entire week, are not eligible for guarantees.
Each Monday we will calculate how much you made per order for the previous week (including base pay, tips, Peak Pay, Milestones, and adjustments), and apply a bonus to your payout to ensure your earnings equal at least the guaranteed amount.
If you receive a guarantee bonus, it will show up in the payouts section of your courier app and in the payout section of the courier dashboard as “Caviar Weekly Guarantee”. That’s how it works!

LEYE has some of the most popular restaurants IN THE CITY on their roster and we think this promotion will drive a large increase in order demand- it sure did the last time we ran the same deal.
LEYE restaurants that deliver with Caviar are spread through our entire zone. Couriers who are interested in taking advantage of higher order demand from this promo can go online in a Caviar hot zone during the peak times of lunch (10-2) and dinner (5-9)!

Our good friends at Honey Butter Fried Chicken have teamed up with famed Chef Rick Bayless to bring a special gift to the world: the Oaxacan Fire Chicken Sandwich. We’re talking fried chicken strips, spicy chintextle aioli, escabeche slaw, and agave. (I’ll take 7)
Yes, it’s going to be amazing and it starts this Tuesday (6/18). Going online in or around Avondale during the peak times of lunch and dinner can help any courier interested in cashing in on this colossally crazy clucker collab to be assigned as many Honey Butter orders as possible!
